Microsoft Teams Integration for Call Time and Call Costs
With so many firms moving to Microsoft Teams, Dynamic Software Solutions has completed an update to provide support for our Dynamic Connect Platform and Microsoft Teams. Supporting integratron for both client billing call costs, and our new time billing module ‘Time Finder’.
Time billing for telephone calls and other captured activities through Dynamic Connect Time Finder can be completed automatically or as a review process through the user portal. The Time Finder portal allows users to convert monitored activities such as emails sent, prints completed, scans and now, MSTeams calls to time entries.
