Transaction Manager is our simple and easy to use desktop pop up window. When a user sends a document to print it automatically opens for cost and or time billing. With inbuilt Nudge technology where billing is always slightly easier than assigning non-chargeable codes you will achieve a higher billable revenue percentage to other simplistic print solutions.

Time Finder

Automatically post print transactions as “Document Production” time entries based on the matter allocated or you can view print transactions through the portal for conversion to time entries at any time. Works with your existing billing system. Learn more about Time Finder

Pre-fill Charge Code

With many document management systems, Dynamic Connect can automatically “pre-fill” the charge code such that when it opens the client simply has to confirm the code achieving a single button click to bill the print.

Recently used billing codes

Transaction Manager features a personal recently used billing code list for ease of allocation. The system automatically creates a “most recently used code” list for each user. Allocating correct codes is made simple with Transaction Manager.

Pricing Flexibility

Through the Softlog management module, pricing profiles for printing can be based on whether or not it is a colour or black and white print, or on a flat per page basis.

Passive Mode

For users that have no need to charge for print jobs, Dynamic Connect can be set to “passive mode” whereby every print job is monitored and recorded but the user doesn’t receive the pop-up window.

PrintReleaf – Reforestation

With PrintReleaf integration you can offset printed pages with tree planting through our certified and managed reforestation projects. Either offset based on printed pages for the month or a fixed subscription. Learn more about PrintReleaf
